Classes are NOT currently scheduled. If you are interested in group classes, get in touch with me. If you have your own group of 3 or more, I would happy to do a group session for the same rate as the regular personal training.
Many exercisers prefer a group environment for all of their workouts. I currently have a few different configurations and modes of group training. Two of them are:
Strength Circuits: 12 different stations set up to challenge you with free weights, resistance bands, core and stability exercises, and exercise machines. You will work as hard as you can, switching from one machine to the next while we monitor your form and help drive your motivation.
Boot-camp is sure to get your heart-rate up, your muscles pumping, and your core rock solid. Working only with bodyweight, this is an intense routine that all fitness levels can appreciate (as easier and harder variations are introduced).
Utilizing many training modes and philosophies our classes are a product of combining:
- Strengthening Calisthenics
- High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
- Dynamic Stretching
- Explosive Plyometrics
- Resistance Training
- Muscle Hypertrophy
- Cardio-respiratory endurance.
- Yoga-inspired focus on Balance and Posture
This program is designed to loosen your joints, burn a bunch of calories, help build some healthy muscle, and work up a good sweat.
Stretchy and comfortable clothing, as well as a sports bra for women and athletic supporter for men are recommended. Sneakers are a must (although you can do it barefoot). Bring a towel! Cups for tap water are provided for free, but clients can also purchase spring water and sports drinks.
